I founded Dawson Relocation Services in 2008 to help seniors and their families with the challenging and stressful process of downsizing and moving to a new home. Since that time we have helped over 75 families relocate with ease and minimal disruption.
The hallmarks of my approach:
- Trust is the foundation of my work. Each client receives a free initial consultation so that we can meet each other, review the needs and issues of the relocation, and ensure that we establish strong communications and a trusting relationship.
- No two moves are the same. I take the time to listen to my clients and ensure that the transition to a new home takes place with a focus on the needs of the individual.
- I am the heart and soul of Dawson Relocation Services, and I give my clients my focused attention and service.
- No detail is too small: My team and I take meticulous care with your belongings and ensure that the move is not over until each item is in its right place.
As an active member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, I attend annual meetings and engage throughout the year with colleagues nationally to stay informed of best practices for serving the needs of my clients and their families. I also serve on the board of the Illinois Continuity of Care - Chicago Chapter, where I meet regularly with other professionals serving the needs of seniors.
As a small business owner, I care deeply about building strong relationships and trust with my clients and colleagues in the community. I participate in many community organizations to ensure that I can refer the appropriate resources needed for their relocation to my clients.
